The above rental charges are all inclusive, except for Pool and Spa heating (see below). They are for the Villa, not per person, and are independent of the number of guests (up to a max. of 10). Additional nights are charged pro-rata.

2007 Prices

Same prices as 2006 if bookings are confirmed before August 2005, otherwise please add and additional 5% to the price.

Optional Charges & Discount Offers

• Long Stay Discount 10% for 3 consecutive weeks and 15% for 4 consecutive weeks or more.
  
  
• Return Bookings Discount 10% on second and subsequent booking.
  
  
• Rentals of less than 7 nights will incur a £65 / $120 cleaning charge (£70 / $130 for 2006).
  
  
• Pool heat is optional at £90 / $160 per week with a one week minimum (£95 / $170 2005/2006).
  
  
• All prices are inclusive of local taxes.

Prices above include:

• Servicing/Cleaning/Maintenance of the Swimming Pool & Spa throughout your stay·
  
  
• Use of Towels, Linens, and all Furniture, Entertainment
  
  
• All Electricity, Gas (except Pool & Spa heating), Water
  
  
• Villa Heating, Air Conditioning
  
  
• Cable TV

Payment can be made by UK or US cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to the owners' bank account in the UK or Florida. Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card with PayPal in Sterling, Dollars or Euros.

A deposit of £100 / $200 plus a completed booking form is required to secure a booking. Your booking will be held for 7 days until your deposit is received. If the booking is made within 12 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately.

A security deposit of £150 / $300 is due along with the final balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
