4 What is the maximum number of guests allowed in the Villa?
Fire regulations allow for 10 occupants in the villa. Only people named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the property. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and a large Queen sized sofa bed in the Family room.
4 Is the villa Air-Conditioned?
Yes! The Villa is fully Air Conditioned throughout and heated if required in the winter.
4 How far away is the Airport?
Orlando is 30 minutes way, Sanford is 50 minutes away.
4 Is smoking or are pets allowed in the Villa?
For the comfort and safety of all guests smoking is not allowed within the villa, which is fitted with smoke detectors, but guests can smoke outside or on the screened patio area. No pets are allowed.
4 How far away are the main attractions?
The villa is only 10 minutes away from the main entrance of Walt Disney World. Sea World is around 25 minutes away, and Universal Studios 35 minutes away. There is a great selection of shops (including a Publix Supermarket), boutiques and restaurants just 2 minutes away. Designer outlets and shopping malls are within a 30 minute drive. There are also around 38 Golf Courses also within a 30 minute drive. Busch Gardens can be reached in around 45 minutes, and the beaches of the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic coast are just 1 hour away.

Does the pool back on to other properties?
No! The villa backs on to a wooded conservation area.

4 How do we locate/enter the property?
We will provide you with all details of the villa location, including maps and driving instructions, the telephone number of our Management Company, and other general information, 3 weeks before your departure. You will also then be given the keyless entry code for the front door to the villa.
4 How can I pay?
With either a £ or US $ Cheque. Alternatively by Internet Bank transfer (details on request) or by Credit Card via PayPal (4% charge will be added). Receipts will be issued for all monies received.
4 Will we have to bring bed linen/towels with us?
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Plenty of Bed linen and towels are provided. However, we do ask that towels are not removed from the villa and pool, and therefore you are requested to bring your own beach towels if you intend to visit the local water parks or beaches
4 What entertainment is provided?
There is a large cable HDTV in the Family area, with two further 19 inch cable TV's in both of the Master bedrooms. Also located in the Family Room, is an X-Box with a selection of games, a multi region DVD player, a high-end hi-fi system and a selection of board games. The DVD player will play truly play all DVD's from anywhere in the world, so bring along your favourites! In the games area, there is a full size pool table with all the necessary equipment, a table tennis table (with bats and balls), and a soccer table (fuss-ball).
4 Is the Pool or Spa heated?
These can both be heated on request for the additional cost as indicated in the Weekly Rental Charges. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April.
4 What are the Pool safety features?
The pool is completely enclosed, and therefore can only be entered from inside the Villa or from the gate on the side. It is covered with a fine mesh screen that keeps the insects out, but in no way affects getting a good sun tan! There is also a 4 ft high safety fence which fits along the edge of the pool and is quick and easy to install or remove. It is recommended that this fence is kept in place when young children are present in the Villa.

4 Are there any medical services locally?
The local pharmacy is just 2 minutes away. Details of Doctors and the nearest Hospital are contained in the Welcome Book kept in the Villa. For those minor injuries, we have also provided two medical kits for you to use. Additionally, if you require any further help or advice, then please do not hesitate to contact our Management Company, who will be pleased to assist you.
4 What services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and gardens are tended to weekly. We also provide a complimentary Welcome Pack, which provides you with some essential provisions for the first few days of your stay.
4 What about child facilities?
A Cot and a High Chair are provided free of charge.
4 Who do we contact for questions and those little emergencies?
We have employed a professional (24hour/7 days a week) Management Company to look after your every need.
4 What about making telephone calls?
ALL Local calls are FREE during your stay. All Non U.S. guests will also be supplied with a complimentary phone card providing hours of International & long distance calls. There are no added fees, no hidden costs, just our way of helping you enjoy your vacation.
